Starting your day.

Waking with a smile and a little earlier to find time for myself. Do what you love to do. I like to start my day with a cup of coffee and a glass of water.  If husband is home I love running straight to the gym if possible while everyone is still asleep.  If not, I try to fit it somewhere into my day.  Regular exercise has been proven to reduce stress and even combat depression.  I feel great and have more energy throughout an entire day with just 30 minutes of cardio, and 15-20 minutes of some light weights to help tone my body.
